DX9 multi-device render is not supported in bare metal config for Windows® Server 2022.

If your Windows Server 2019 application uses DXR we recommend you disable it (or) use DX11 paths to avoid unsupported code for this release. They will be disabled in future releases on Windows Server 2019 and will remain enabled on Windows Server 2022.
